How did Yoga come into your life?
Yoga came into my life at a time when I was extremely disconnected from my body, my heart and had no idea who I was. Yoga slowly and gently invited me to come home to my body and my start the journey of getting to know myself.

What is your teaching intention?
My intention is to journey with those around me in the pursuit of presence. To lovingly be with and honor any given present moment experience of all those I encounter. My goal is to always honor those I interact with, as we are our own greatest teachers, often we just need someone to journey along side us.
What are words your students would quote you by?
Be with your body and honor whatever is present for you in this moment.
